We provided cost estimates to refine the design and align with the owner’s budget and meet their functional needs. 

The extension increased the size of the living and lounge areas and the size of the bedrooms. The extra space was added seamlessly, as if it was part of the original house design.

The renovations were extensive and included new aluminium joinery windows and bi-fold doors, new kitchen and laundry, new oak flooring, Rockcote Integra exterior plastering and decorating throughout.

New architectural roofing joined the existing house and new extension area, with the additional challenges of a curved roofing colonnade.
