The Trinity Church required a re-roof and new cladding.
We worked with the Church Committee to secure an architect, progress design and obtain Building Consent.
Project commencement was during the peak of Covid-related supply challenges, so we utilised our supply network and procured in advance to avoid project disruptions.
The work was required to be completed during the winter months, and with the location of the church creating increased exposure to adverse weather we used scaffold to shrink wrap the entire exposed area.
This enabled the building to remain weathertight and helped us to avoid weather related delays to programme delivery.
We worked closely with Selwyn District Council to obtain Code Compliance Certificate just in time for the Church to commence their Christmas services and celebrations.
