To accommodate a growing school population, we had the pleasure of constructing five new architecturally designed classrooms at Woolston School as Main Contractor.

Detailed construction, high specification structural requirements, interconnecting rooms, large areas of timber decks and ramps, and bright interior and exterior design features made this a challenging yet rewarding project.

The construction programme was extremely tight, however we managed to deliver the classrooms ahead of schedule, and allow the school to complete the critical task of preparing for a new school year in their new buildings.

Key to this process was a comprehensive and professional approach to obtaining the Code of Compliance Certificate from Christchurch City Council.

Obtaining the compliance documentation for a building to be occupied is just as imperative as the construction itself, and is something we excel at.
