As a result of three previously successful projects at Lincoln High School, the Board of Trustees then engaged us as main contractor to complete an upgrade to the gymnasium and bathroom facilities.
This included upgrading toilet areas, changing rooms, and shower blocks. The scope included all associated subcontractors and new fittings and fixtures for plumbing, electrical, flooring and partition requirements.
Work consisted of removal of existing clear cladding and replacing with ColourSteel vertical wall cladding, including replacing gutters, downpipes and preparing and making good existing adjacent weatherboard cladding.
We also constructed a new block firewall on the southwest wall, upgraded the mechanical ventilation system, and new interior decoration.
